This class returns the ionization potential of a molecule. Up to now is only possible for atomContainers which contain; see IPAtomicDescriptor and IPBondDescriptor. The descriptor assumes that explicit hydrogens have been added to the molecule TODO: IP: Include the ionization for bonds
