This is the webpage interface for the chemical information aggregation web service.

Description : This web service aggregates 3 other web services to provide a comprehensive information about an compound. Once the CID of a compound is entered , a 3D molecule is displayed along with some of its properties, journal articles related to them, cancer cell line activity predictions and the synonyms of the compound.

Enter the CID for the compound :*

(Example : 241 (Benzene), 1176 (Urea), 6344 (DiChloromethane) )

* The CID's for the compounds can be obtained from http://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/

* At present only those journal article links are displayed for which we have entries in our database.

* WSDL for the webservice is at http://cheminfo.informatics.indiana.edu:8080/axis/CompoundGridWebService.jws
